Choosing the core of the pickleball paddles
(1) GEN3 PP honeycomb core: 8mm PP honeycomb is suspended under the racket surface, which is extremely explosive, prolongs the dwell time, creates high spin, and produces a low sound and crisp shot.
(2) GEN4 PP Honeycomb + TFP Filling Core: Based on Gen 3, TFP (Tech Flex Power) Foam with higher density is added to the shoulder of the racket to improve stability and fill zone diameter, and at the same time reduce the excess elasticity, resulting in a larger fill zone, better stability, and retaining high spin and elasticity, but with a milder overall firepower.

How is pricing calculated, what payment terms do you accept, and can I get pre-production samples?
Pricing = material + process + volume discount (tiered for ≥ 1000 pcs) + shipping cost. We accept T/T, credit card, PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay with 30 % deposit, 70 % before shipment; L/C is not supported. Samples are charged at cost and deductible from bulk orders.
What quality-control measures and warranty do you offer, and how do you handle shipping?
We run full IQC, IPQC, and FQC with AQL 1.0/2.5 sampling; 3-month warranty covers adhesive failure, handle breakage, etc., under normal use. Shipping options include FOB Shenzhen, CIF, DDP via DHL, UPS, sea freight, or truck-air; LCL and door-to-door delivery are available.
